NOTE: Because each of these steps represents a possible solution to this issue, check the email client status after completing each step.
- Restart the computer.
- Download and install the latest version of the Adobe Flash Player software.
- Open the web based email client software and, in the address bar, change the http:// part of the address to https://.
NOTE: Most email clients will show an option to use the https:// statement permanently. Confirm that option to ensure the client continues to function in the same manner.
