(Wired) Connection diagnosis results are displayed as OK, Failed, Failed.
TV and router cannot be connected.
Please try the following rectification process.
- A LAN cable on the TV side is properly connected; however, the LAN cable on the router side is not properly connected.
Connect the LAN cable again or connect it to another connection port.
If the problem is resolved:
There was a problem in connection of the LAN cable or connection port of the router.
If the problem is not resolved:
Carry out the connection diagnosis anew.
If the diagnosis results are the same, please continue to try the solution of this FAQ.
If other diagnosis results are displayed, please try an individual solution.
- Communications may be disturbed for any device by operation delay of communication. Turn on the power supply in the following order.
- Disconnect the power cords (mains leads) in order of TV, router, and modem.
- Connect the power cords (mains leads) in order of modem and router. Wait for about 2 minutes after the TV power cord (mains lead) is disconnected.
- Connect the TV power cord (mains lead) and turn on the power supply, and then carry out the connection diagnosis.
