    This error message may appear when you start playing Netflix® videos and then after a few seconds, playback stops. If this occurs, follow these instructions:

    1. Update your TV to the latest software version. Downloads are posted on your model support page.
    2. Perform a Factory Data Reset.
      1. On the remote control, press the HOME button.
      2. Select Settings.
      3. Select Customer Support.
      4. Select Factory Settings.
      5. Select Yes.
      6. Select Yes.
