The TV screen turns green when changing the Picture mode while viewing photos stored on a USB storage device.
I can select settings other than Photo in Picture mode menu. Normally only Photo can be selected when viewing photos stored on a USB storage device.
This issue will be resolved by a software update. Please perform the software update.
