Some WI-SP510 wireless headphones may experience issues due to corrosion from liquid damage within the remote control component.
To address this issue, we will extend the warranty for Affected Units until November 30th, 2021. For all other issues the terms of the Limited Warranty that came with the product remain in effect.
Affected units may experience the following issues.
- Cannot power On
- Cannot charge
- No sound
Black WI-SP510 headphones with serial numbers between 4000001 and 4043580 The model number is on the built-in rechargeable battery.
Serial number is on the right earbud.
If your headphones WI-SP510 in black color are among the range of series previously mentioned, please contact any of our authorized Service Centers as of the last week of December 2020, on which we will start the program of product exchange.
