There is an abnormal beep sound, the touch sensor does not work, or the headphones restart unexpectedly

    Follow these steps to troubleshoot this issue:

    1. Update the headphones to the latest version using the Sony | Sound Connect app.
    2. Update all music streaming apps to the latest version, and then restart the connected device.
      Note: Depending on the music streaming app, this issue can occur even when you are not playing music with the app.
    3. Place the headphones into the charging case, close the lid, and then wear them again.
    4. Reset the headphones.
    5. Initialize the headphones.
