Sony has discovered that insert editing cannot be performed due to a minor deformation of the recording layer caused during the manufacturing 
process, which prevents playback of the edited portion. 

To address this, we would like to announce a free exchange of the professional disc having model names of PFD23AX listed below　
We have confirmed that it can be used without problems such as recording and playback when used for purposes other than insert editing.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
