Charging case indicator keeps flashing orange every 0.5 seconds

If this issue occurs, first charge the headphones again using the supplied USB Type-C® cable.

Then, refer to the following depending on the situation:

• The indicator lights up in orange, and charging starts
  • To finish charging, first disconnect the USB Type-C cable from the charging case.
  • Next, disconnect the cable from the USB AC adaptor or computer.
• The indicator continues to flash orange
  • Reset the headphones and check to see if the issue improves.
  • If the problem persists, try initializing the headphones.
  • If the issue persists after a reset and initialization, consult with our repair department.
