After initializing the headset, does it turn on?

1. Disconnect the USB cable.
2. Press and hold the button for about two seconds to turn off your headphones.
3. Press and hold the button and the NC/AMBIENT buttons simultaneously for at least seven seconds.

   

   • The light indicator flashes in blue four times when the initialization is complete.

     

Does your headphones turn on?

• Yes, it turns on.
  • A temporary malfunction may have caused the issue.
• No, it doesn't turn on.
