Disconnect the USB cable and then reconnect it

    1. Disconnect the USB cable from your speaker.
    2. Reconnect the cable and make sure that it's firmly connected.

    Connect narrow end of USB cable to USB port on speaker

    Does the CHARGE indicator light up?

    • Yes, it lights up.
      • The USB cable was not firmly connected. Fully charge the battery of your wireless speaker.
      • The CHARGE indicator turns off after the battery is full.
    • No, the CHARGE indicator doesn't light up.
