Pair your earbud headphones with a playback device and then play music

    Try the following procedure.
    NOTE: The images below are examples of WF-1000XM3.

    1. Set the headset in the charging case, and then close the lid.
      Image that charges WF-1000XM3
       
    2. Connect the headset with the playback device.
      Image that connects WF-1000XM3 with the playback device

    • Produces sound

      There seems to have been a temporary issue connecting with the playback device.

    • Does not produce sound
