The available time of the headset is short even if it is fully charged

By changing the headphones settings or use methods, consumption of the charging battery can be saved. Check the following:

• Turn off sound settings such as Equalizer on the Sony | Sound Connect app.

  Note: About 60 minutes of music playback is possible after 10 minutes charging.

• Store the headphones in the charging case after use.

  If placed in a pocket, it will be mistakenly recognized as being equipped and will not transfer to the power saving mode. Always store it in the charging case after use.
