    Before You Start


    Important Notes

    • WARNING!!: There is a high possibility that an issue or trouble may occur if the calibration procedure is not followed correctly.
    • Charge the computer battery to 30% or higher before executing this calibration tool.
    • Disconnect all devices from the computer. (i.e. AC Adapter, USB devices, etc...)
    • Please read the instructions completely before proceeding.
    • During the installation of this file and execution/calibration, be sure that you are logged in as the Administrator or as a user with Administrative rights.
    • To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation and execution/calibration, save all work and close all other programs. The Taskbar should be clear of applications before proceeding.
    • It is highly recommended that you print out these instructions for use as a reference during the installation and execution/calibration process.

    Download and Calibration Instructions

    1. To ensure that no other program interferes with the installation and execution/calibration, save all work and close all other programs. The Taskbar should be clear of applications before proceeding.
    2. Please follow the steps below to download and execute this program.
    3. Download the EP0000601624.exe file to a temporary or download directory (please note this directory for reference).
    4. Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the EP0000601624.exe file using the ClickPad or TouchPad only, to begin the calibration.

      Note: Please do not touch the screen.
    5. At the "Browse For Folder" screen, click "OK".
    6. At the "C:\Users\Username" folder, click the "Panel Calibration Tool" folder.
    7. At the "Panel Calibration Tool" screen, click the "CalibG4" file.

    8. IMPORTANT: DO NOT TOUCH THE SCREEN WHILE THE CALIBRATION IS RUNNING.

    9. When the calibration has completed, turn off the computer.
    10. After the computer has shut down completely, turn the computer back on.

    After the computer restarts, the calibration is complete.

    Note: If the issue is not resolved, please make sure the battery is charged to 30% or higher and all other devices are detached from the computer, and then run the calibration again.
