How to select the image size that is saved to a smartphone using the Imaging Edge Mobile (PlayMemories Mobile successor) app

The steps to complete this procedure differ depending on the operating system of the smartphone. Refer to the appropriate section below.

Smartphone with Android™ operating system

1. Open the Imaging Edge Mobile app.
2. Select Menu on your smartphone.
3. Select Settings.
4. Select Image quality.
5. In the Image quality window, select the desired image size.
   • Original
   • 2M
   • VGA
   Note: Depending on the camera model or settings, it may not be possible to save in the original quality.

6. Exit the Settings menu.

Smartphone with an iOS® operating system

1. Go into the Settings menu of the smartphone.
2. Under Settings, select Imaging Edge Mobile.
3. Select Image quality.
4. In the Image quality window, select the desired image size.

5. Exit the Settings menu.
