Is it possible to overcharge a Lithium-ion or InfoLithium® battery pack with the battery charger?

Battery chargers supplied with Sony® cameras are designed to shut off when the battery reaches full charge. For this reason, InfoLithium® and lithium-ion batteries will not be overcharged.

The charge light on the battery charger flashes when charging the battery pack.
The rechargeable battery does not charge properly using the supplied battery charger.
Will the battery pack always charge when the camera is connected to a computer or AC adapter?
Compatible outputs of the devices required when charging or supplying power to batteries (NP-FZ100) with the camera body or a battery charger (BC-ZD1)
Can Sony products (including AC adapters and battery chargers) be used overseas or in foreign countries?
