The input on the TV changes by itself when an MHL cable is connected

The TV has an Auto Input Change (MHL) setting which allows the TV to automatically switch to the MHL input when it detects a Mobile High-Definition Link™ (MHL) connection regardless of what content is playing on the TV.

Refer to the following operating method to confirm the MHL setting and change the setting.

1. On the TV remote control, press the HOME button.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select External Inputs or External Inputs in the TV Category.
4. Select BRAVIA Sync.
5. Select Auto Input Change (MHL).
6. Select ON or OFF.
