An error message appears when I access or update apps on my TV

This error may appear when accessing an app.

This error message may appear if the TV isn't connected to the internet. Update the TV software if the issue isn't resolved after following the troubleshooting steps. Downloads are posted on your model support page.

This error message may appear if the DNS isn't properly set.

Either of these error codes may be displayed when the TV disconnects from the network or when the network speed is slow.

This error message is displayed when the TV acquires an IP address, but can't connect to the internet or the communications are temporarily unstable.

This error message may appear when an internal part of the TV fails. If it appears, the product may require repair.  Go to Product Repair. 

This error may appear when an application can't connect to the network. Follow the steps below to resolve this issue.

1. On the supplied remote control, press the HOME button.
2. Select Help.
3. Select Customer Support.
4. Select Internet Connectivity Symptoms.
   Note:

   • If any of the Internet Connectivity Symptom results appear as Failed, check the network connection setting.
   • Follow the steps if all of the Internet Connectivity Symptom results appear as OK, but the TV is still getting the error.
     1. Update the TV software. Downloads are posted on your model support page.
     2. Run Refresh Internet Content.
        1. Press the HOME button.
        2. Select Settings.
        3. Select Network.
        4. Select Refresh Internet Content.

5. Perform a factory reset.
   • If the error message appears after performing a factory reset, run Refresh Internet Content again and access the Internet after a while.

This error code may be displayed if the internet connection is lost or the connection speed is slow while performing a network update. If you are having issues performing the network update, update the TV software by saving the software package in a USB flash drive and installing it in the TV. Downloads are posted on your model support page.

This message may be displayed if the TV encounters an ISP error while performing a network update. If you are having issues performing the network update, update the TV software by saving the software package in a USB flash drive and installing it in the TV. Downloads are posted on your model support page. .

This is a temporary communication problem with the server. Retry to access Internet content after a while.
