Update the Software of the Elevated Standard (ES) Models

You can update the software of your device through the following procedures:

Using the Network Update feature of your device.
- Check your manual to see if your device has a Network Update feature steps on to perform the update. Manuals are posted on your model support page.
Using a USB device.
- Download the update to a USB device and connect it to your device to install the update. Downloads are posted on your model support page.

Note: If your device won't connect to an active internet connection, or doesn't have a Network Update feature, contact the Install Support Group at 877-619-7669.
