This error message may appear when you start playing Netflix® videos and then after a few seconds, playback stops. If this occurs, follow these instructions:
- Update your TV to the latest software version.

- Perform a Factory Data Reset.
- On the remote control, press the HOME button.
- Select Settings.
- Select Customer Support.
- Select Factory Settings.
- Select Yes.
- Select Yes.
