How to turn off or exit the DEMO mode on the TV.

    Feature of the BRAVIA TV is displayed at the top and bottom of the screen.

    The DEMO mode setting on the TV is used by retailers to display the functionality and features of the TV. Using this setting limits some of the features and functions commonly used in a home.

    The steps to disable the DEMO mode will differ depending on the design of the TV. Click on the link below that best meets the description of your Sony TV:

    Notes:

    • The illustration under the TV series name is the HOME screen of the appropriate model.
    • If the model does not apply to the following three specified types, choose For other models at the bottom.

    Note: The model numbers of WxxxB series and XxxxB series TVs can be found in the following locations:

    • The product sticker on the back of the TV or on the packaging. An example is shown in the image below.
      • On the packaging of your BRAVIA TV:
        The product name image on the package of the TV.
      • On your BRAVIA TV:
        The product sticker image on the back of the TV.
