Applicable Products and Categories of This Article

You can use the PIP, P&P, or Twin Display mode to watch two programs simultaneously or operate your TV menu while watching a program. The available display mode depends on your TV model. Check the TV manual for model-specific information.

What's the Difference?

  • Picture-in-Picture (PIP): Opens a small window on the corner of the screen.
  • Picture-and-Picture (P&P): Shows two video sources side by side.
  • Twin Picture: Allows you to watch two video sources at the same time. For example, you can simultaneously watch programs using the built-in tuner and an HDMI®-connected device.
