The Picture Mode of an Android TV Automatically Switches to Vivid

If the Android TV™ automatically switches to Vivid after the Picture Mode settings was changed to Standard or Custom, check the following:

• Make sure the Auto Picture Mode is Off.
  1. On the remote control, press the HOME button.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Under the TV category, select Picture & Display.

     

  4. Select Picture adjustments.
  5. Select Auto Picture Mode.
  6. Select Off.

     

• Make sure the Picture Reset Mode is Off.
  1. On the remote control, press the HOME button.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Under the System Preferences category, select Retail mode settings.

     

  4. Select Picture Reset Mode.
  5. Select Off.
• Make sure the DEMO mode is Off .

If the issue isn't resolved after following the troubleshooting steps above, perform a factory reset .
