Charge your headphones

If model-specific information is required to complete each step, check your manual. Manuals are posted on your model support page.

1. Using the supplied power cord, plug in your headphones to a working wall outlet.
   • The headphones are charging if the indicator lights up in red. If the indicator lights up, move on to step 2.

     

   • The indicator doesn't light up.
     • There may be a problem with charging. Follow the steps in Cannot Charge to find a solution.
2. After the headphones are fully charged, press and hold the  button until the indicator flashes (about two seconds), to turn it on.

   

Does your headphones turn on?

• Yes, it turns on.
  • The low battery level caused the issue and isn't a malfunction.
• No, it doesn't turn on.
