Reset your headphones

    The steps to reset your headphones differ depending on the model. Follow the steps according to your model and then check if the headphones turn on.

    If model-specific information is required, check your manual. Manuals are posted on your model support page.

    WF-1000XM3

    1. Place the headset in the charging case, leave the lid of the charging case open.
    2. Touch the sensor on the left unit with your finger for 20 seconds and release it when the red indicator stops flashing.
    3. Touch the sensor on the right unit with your finger for 20 seconds and release it when the red indicator stops flashing.

    Note: The red light indicator doesn't flash if the remaining battery charge of the headphones is low. In that case, touch the sensor of your headphones for 30 seconds. The light indicator will light up after the reset is done.

    WF-SP700N

    1. Place the headphones in the charging case.
    2. Use the supplied micro USB cable to charge the charging case.
    3. Press and hold the buttons of the left and right headphones simultaneously for at least seven seconds.
      • The red indicator turns off temporarily, and the headphones are reset.
