Place the headphones into the charging case correctly

WF-SP700N
1. Make sure the arch supporters are attached to the headphones correctly.
  - If the arch supporters are misaligned, the headphones won't set in the charging case correctly. Check that tab of the arch supporter is inserted into the groove of the headphones.
2. Set the left and right units in the charging case.
3. Gently push the headphones with your finger until it clicks and locks into place in the charging case.
  - Be careful that the arch supporters don't get caught when inserting the headphones into the charging case.
WF-1000X
1. Make sure the arch supporters are attached to the headphones correctly.
  - If the arch supporters are misaligned, the headphones won't set in the charging case correctly. Check that tab of the arch supporter is inserted into the groove of the headphones.
2. Set the left and right units in the charging case.
3. Gently push the headphones with your finger until it clicks and locks into place in the charging case.
Did the charging indicator light up?
- Yes, it did light up.
  - The issue occurred because the headphones weren't in the charging case correctly. Wait until the headphones are fully charged.
- No, it didn't light up.
