The best way to find the information you're looking for is to access your Sony Support website product page.

1. Make sure you know your product model name.

2. Type your model name into the Search field on the Sony Support website.
   
   
   IMPORTANT: Make sure you type your model name correctly, including the hyphen (-) (if applicable). The predictive search feature will help you make sure you’re typing the model correctly.
3. Go to your product page by clicking on your product name in the auto-suggest feature, or from the search results.
4. Once you’re on your product page, if what you are looking for isn’t readily available in the various sections, you can type in different keywords in the search bar to hopefully find what you are looking for.
