Clean the charging connectors on the headphones

    Use a soft dry cloth to clean the charging connectors on the headphones, then place them into the charging case.

     

    Wipe the terminal part of the headset

     

    Does the charging indicator light up?

    • Yes, it does light up.
      • The charging connectors were dirty. Wait until the headphones are fully charged.
    • No, it doesn't light up.
